Collaborate with higher education Institutions: To promote research in the field of SSE in Namibia, the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region and in other parts of the world and exchange of lecturer across borders.

• To promote research and collaboration, NUST Scientists will visit India's institutions in August 2022.
• Exchange program for research, HPC training and joint collaborative activities with C-DAC India, The Southern African Development Community- Centers of Excellence (SADC-CoE), African School of Fundamental Physics and Applications (ASP), African Strategy for Fundamental and Applied Physics (ASFAP)-Computing and 4IR Working Group, SADC Cyber-Infrastructure Technical Experts, and SADC ICT Centre of Excellence.

Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory (CPS Lab)

The Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory (CPS Lab) was founded autmn 2014 and is a dynamic hub of research and educational development work. Focused on maritime technology and biomechatronics, the lab actively supports bachelor-level education in automation and intelligent systems, as well as a newly founded master`s program in mechatronics and automation. The group is an active participant in projects on autonomous ship, such as SFI Autoship, SAFEMATE, AutoDrone, and MIDAS. The group also collaborates closely with Ålesund Biomechanics Lab at the hospital in Ålesund.
